SSC MTS Photo and Signature Size 2023:

• Candidates need to upload a scanned colour passport size photograph in JPEG format (20 KB to 50 KB) in the online Application Form.
• The photograph should not be more than three months old from the date of publication of the Notice of Examination.
• The image dimension of the photograph should be about 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height).
• The photograph should be without a cap, spectacles and both ears should be visible.
• If a candidate fails to upload the proper photograph, his candidature will be canceled.
• The photograph must be recent and not more than three months old from the date of publication of the Notice of Examination.
• A specimen of photographs that are acceptable/ not acceptable is given at Annexure-V.

SSC MTS Photo and Signature Size 2023:

• The signature must be uploaded in JPEG format, and the file size should be between 10 to 20 KB.
• The image dimension of the signature should be approximately 4.0 cm (width) x 2.0 cm (height).
• Candidates must ensure that their signatures are clear and legible.
• Any applications with illegible or blurred signatures will be rejected.

• The candidate will be provided with links to upload their photograph and signature while filling the Online Application Form.
• Click on the respective link for “Upload Photograph/ Signature.”

• Select the file by clicking on it.
• Click the “Open/Upload” button.
