We are looking for a rockstar employee for Logistic Specialist (Customs specialist) and can handle work pressure and a fast changing environment. Must be adaptable to any situation and willing to work with a big team. Must have good work Ethic.
Job Responsibilities नौकरी की जिम्मेदारियां
- Working together with customs brokers/agents in various countries (import handling)
- Ensuring compliance with all customs regulations, required certificates and reports for import processes around the world
- Contacting with customs brokers/offices in case of escalation
- Preparation of complex export and import documentation
- Calculation of duty and import tax
- Improving and maintaining customs process
- Dealing with different Incoterms, transport orders and analysis
Qualifications योग्यता
- Knowledge of applicable customs laws and regulations
- Proven experience in customs clearance formalities / import-export
- Very good English skills (speaking & writing)
- Extensive knowledge of foreign trade & compliance matters – focus on middle east countries
- Experience with IT spare parts supply chain will be an asset
