(d) During the Endurance Test/Physical Measurement/Physical Efficiency Test, the candidates must provide a Medical Certificate (in its original form) as prescribed below certifying their Physical Fitness and Eyesight.

The Medical Certificate for Physical Fitness should be obtained from a Medical Officer under the Government with a rank not below an Assistant Surgeon. The Eye sight certificate should be obtained from an Ophthalmologist not below the rank of an Assistant Surgeon under the Government.
